I really like Cafe Gavi. It is he closest as the coffee I used to drink in my country Puerto Rico

Just got my first batch

So far this coffee has been amazing. I'm a pour over enthusiast and getting incredible clarity in the cup. First thing I noticed was the aroma. Rich caramelized sugar with a little citrus. Sweet but not in a simple way. More like burnt honey and brown sugar with something bright underneath.

First sip is smooth with just enough body. Acidity is balanced. Not sharp but lively like ripe tangerine. Classic washed Colombian but fresher. More depth. As it cools I get stone fruit maybe peach maybe apricot. Then a little floral like jasmine.

Finish is clean with just a touch of cocoa powder. Rare to find a coffee this fresh that holds up so well with pour over. If you like bright sweet coffees with depth this one is worth it.
