Return & Refund Policy

At Café Gavi, every bag of coffee is freshly roasted in Colombia and air shipped directly to your door in the United States. Due to the nature of our product and our international fulfillment process, all Café Gavi sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy exists because:

  • Our coffee is a perishable food product.
  • Orders are shipped internationally from Colombia.
  • Returned products cannot be resold or reintroduced into inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hola@cafegavi.com.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Each case is reviewed individually by our team to determine the best possible resolution.

Orders Held or Delayed at Customs

International shipments may occasionally be delayed or held at customs. While these situations are uncommon, they are part of international shipping processes and are outside of our direct control. Our team will monitor the situation and communicate with you as needed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by customs or carrier processes once the order has shipped
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Situations that fall outside of manufacturing or fulfillment errors
